3 weeks and counting...

The countdown is on! I had a doctors appointment on Wednesday and everything looks good. She did say though that right now Jack is about 8 lbs and if I go another 3 weeks he will be arounds 9 lbs! I don't find the humor in this but everyone else does! Like my mom says, it's going to hurt either way no matter how big he is.

It looks like we are going to have a BIG healthy baby boy. As long as he's healthy we don't care.

5 weeks to go

We are anxiously awaiting our newest addition. Jack should be here in about 5 weeks. I'm really hoping it's not that long. Gracie is excited to have a little brother, or so we think, all she knows is that Jack is in my belly. She comes up to me and points to my belly and says Jack. She's so sweet. She is acting more like a toddler now than a baby and I love it, but she's getting so big. She talks so good and is our little parrott! She loves to be outside and would spend all day in the garage with her daddy. Yes I said the garage, she loves it. She also loves to ride 4-wheelers when we go to my parents. She gets rides from her grandpa, uncles and dad. She's going to be a little tomboy. She really doesn't have a choice with all of the boys she is around all the time! And now we are adding another boy to the group.

Well we will keep everyone updated with when this little guy will be here!

Easter

Gracie looks so pretty in her Easter dress. We had a fun day. We went to my sister in laws for dinner and an easter egg hunt with her cousins. Gracie did good with finding the egs until one opened and she found candy! Then it was all over! After that we went to my parents for dinner and easter basket for Gracie. The night before we decorated eggs with my parents and one of my brothers. Gracie did better then I thought she would and didn't make much of a mess. I thought I got all of the dye off of her hands, (except for the parts of her hands that were dyed the color for a couple day!)When I put her dress on her Sunday morning her arms had dye on then, it had run down her arm! It was pretty funny.

We had a fun Easter sunday. Holidays are so much more fun with kids.

Deja Vu?

We are experiencing deja vu! When I was 7 months pregnant with Gracie we got a new car and the next day moved into our apartment. Here we are 16 months later and I'm 6 months pregnant, I got a new car last week and next weekend we are moving into a house! I love my new car. It's a Buick Rendezvous. My 2 door Cougar was not cutting it anymore and with 2 kids, I don't think so! Compared to my car, this one drives like a Cadillac. I love it. And our house is so cute. I can't wait to move. The 3 things I'm excited for is a dishwasher, a washer a dryer we don't have to share or go up and down the stairs for, and a big backyard for Gracie to play in! Bernie is excited for the garage! So we have a lot going on right now and are very excited!

My list is only 6 and not 10! That's hard and I can't think of anymore. :)

Making Cookies with grandma

Gracie had fun on Thursday making cookies wih grandma. i think she had more fun eating the chocolate chips! So it's now Saturday and she is getting ready to make more cookies with grandma! These are good memories for her! Just what your supposed to do at grandmas, make cookies!

This is the cheeseball face we get when you ask her that! I know I say this in every post but she is hilarious. She is such a sweetheart. We have decided to name the baby Jack and if you ask her where Jack is she lifts up my shirt!
